Development programs
Mr Yarn tries to meet the needs of textile industry customers for all kinds of polyester yarns. Therefore, the product development plan, along with the production of polyester POY, DTY, melange, spandex and twisted yarns, will soon offer its FDY and ITY yarns to customers.
- Fully drawn yarns (FDY)
FDY yarns are created by direct melt spinning of polyester chips. The yarn becomes more oriented through stretching and thermal stabilization. This product will be produced in 50 to 1200 Denier and semi dull and super bright. Also, FDY yarn is produced in white and various colors. Since this yarn is fully made up, it can be used directly in the weaving and knitting industry. This yarn is also called FOY, which means fully directional yarn.
- Intermingled textured yarn (ITY)
This yarn is created by mixing two different filament yarns (usually POY and FDY) with different shrinkage rates and it will result in a soft and delicate handle in the final fabric. Also,(BSY) Bi-Shrinkage Yarn, which means a yarn that shrinks in itself, is also used for ITY yarn.
