Quality control
In Mr Yarn’s quality control laboratory, all of the physical and mechanical characteristics of the yarn are measured during the production, and if any alteration from the determined values (or standards) is observed, necessary corrections are applied to the process so that the final product is following the customer’s needs.
The following tests are conducted in Mr. Yarn’s product quality control laboratory.
- Determining the linear density (delicacy) of yarns
- Determining the strength, the modulus, and the elongation at break values.
- Unevenness of the yarn
- Determining the Filament count of the yarn
- Determining the level of Interlacing in the yarn
- Determine the amount of oil in the yarn
- Texture and dyeability tests
Mr Yarn’s products are also tested in laboratories approved by the Institute of Standards and Industrial Research of Iran and their physical and mechanical characteristics are within the standard limits of this organization.
