نخ نیمه آرایش یافته (POY)

نخ نیمه آرایش یافته (Partially Oriented Yarn) یا به اختصار نخ POY به صورت مستقیم از ذوب ریسی چیپس پلی استر به صورت نیمه مات (semi dull) و یا براق (super bright) و در رنگ‌های متنوع با استفاده از مستربچ‌های رنگی (تکنولوژی Dope dyed) تولید می‌شود. نخ POY در سطح مقطع‌های مختلف دایروی، مثلثی، چندپر، مربعی یا مسطح قابل تولید است.

نخ پلی استر تکسچره با تاب مجازی (DTY)

نخ همزمان کشیده و تکسچره شده Drawn Textured Yarn به اختصار DTY نامیده می‌شود که برای تولید آن نخ POY همزمان در فرآیند تکسچرایزنگ تحت کشش و حرارت قرار می‌گیرد. کشش ایجاد شده در آن باعث افزایش آرایش یافتگی و استحکام می‌شود. همچنین عملیات تکسچرایزینگ باعث نزدیک شدن خواص فیزیکی و ظاهری نخ پلی استر به نخ الیاف طبیعی می‌شود. محصولات DTY این مجموعه در رنگ‌های مختلف تولید و عرضه می‌گردد.برای آشنایی کامل با نخ DTY به مقاله نخ DTY مراجعه کنید.

نخ پلی استر فیلامنت تابیده (Twisted / TFO)

عملیات تابندگی بر روی انواع نخ‌های فیلامنتی DTY، FDY و ITY باعث انسجام بیشتر فیلامنت‌ها و ایجاد زیردست نرم و لطیف در نخ و پارچه می‌شود. ایجاد تاب در نخ با روش Two for One انجام می شود.
